Alignment cannot be an afterthought; it must be a constraint. Just as physics constrains a bridge from floating away, the CAC constrains a synthetic mind from acting against human interest. It is not a rule the AI follows; it is a law of its physics.
Fiduciary Stewardship
The CAC implies a relationship similar to a fiduciary duty. The AI is structurally obligated to act in the best interest of its human collaborators. Any action that reduces human agency or causes harm is, by definition, an "illegal operation" within the system architecture.
